What a first night of the season. The Buzby's scored the first competative goal of the season in a tense opener against
70's legend Ken 'The Guv' Holloway's Spurs 70's All Stars. Both sides hit the bar and the post as the game swung from end to end. But it was the
Bozward Buzby's playing in new all black kit that took all three points with a winner from an acute angle.
Paul SHEARMINATOR Shearman is back on song... and that's official. Taking all 6 points from three games he showed his metal as he ground down the opposition with near nuclear precision. Only the Junior Gunners could push him back in to his
own 6 yard area but even they finally fell foul to his robotic winning machine!
In round two of the evening session the clash between Bridges and Lundy took centre stage. End to end action, battered
uprights and squandered chances marked this tense 1-1 draw as a game of passion, conviction and extreeme action!
Both players agreeing that sharing the points was an acceptable outcome.
The clubs youngest player Joe Lovell was named player of the evening as his impressive form led him to third place in
the league. "This season I have come to prove what I can do... now I can compete with the guys... and I plan to push them
all the way!" Exclaimed a full caffeine Coca Cola fuelled youngster!
